12 Aquidneck Road - Watch Hill, RI. Goff & Son Architects. A custom design-build 9,500 sf summer house. This came to us as a result of the owner’s decision to demolish the main house and rebuild in closer proximity to the pool house, also built by Shamrock Builders. This was a three phase project - each one of which was completed on-time and within budget.
6 Sea Glen Drive - Westerly, RI. P. Shallenberger Architect. This 2,700 sf Colonial came to us as a result of references the client received from contacts in the construction field. The project was completed on time and under budget. The client recently had positive feedback on the custom interior trim throughout the house, much of which we built on site or at our local millwork shop.
